Responsibilities: Lead and manage infrastructure projects, including M365 deployment, cloud management, and security enhancements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to align with the bank's strategic IT goals.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to IT infrastructure.

Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical guidance and support to ensure optimal infrastructure performance.

Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and senior management.

Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong background in project management.

Proven expertise in M365 deployment, cloud management, and IT security.

Experience working with vendors and managing third-party service providers.

Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud solutions.

Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

PMP, ITIL, or relevant certifications are a plus.
