Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key strategic and operational role, driving innovation, growth, and operational efficiency.    Your responsibilities will include collaborating on strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, supporting critical projects, facilitating communication and alignment, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and developing performance metrics and reporting.

  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in the institutional brokerage, trading and/or exchange space, with rich experience as a Programme manager or Business manager.

You will possess excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
