Job Summary: The Investment and Asset Management Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing investment and asset management primarily for the Hong Kong market, in various asset classes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement investment strategies and asset management plans to maximize the value and performance of the portfolio. Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities. Manage and monitor investment portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute investment transactions. Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on asset performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare and present investment reports and performance analyses to senior management. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA designation is preferred. Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in investment management, asset management, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong financial market and regulatory environment. Skills: Investment analysis and portfolio management.
