Responsibilities: Manage a small team of non financial risk managers across the region (Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Korea) Develop and implement operational risk policies in line with regulatory expectations Monitor the first line of defence’s compliance to firm policies and industry standards  Conduct independent assessment of operational risk through review on incident, control issues, risk acceptance, risk & control self-assessment and key risk indicators Analyse firm-wide risk themes and trends, and provide recommendation and challenge Strengthen firm-wide risk culture through training programme and best practices sharing Manage and oversee risk & control programs including business continuity, outsourcing, end user computing and segregation of duties Manage the new business/product governance to ensure appropriate risk assessment prior to business commencement Manage overall risk programme governance across risk types Role Prerequisites Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in either first or second line roles Degree qualified, preferably in Business, Accountancy, Banking & Finance, or a relevant discipline Strong knowledge of securities products and processes, preferably with recent work experience in Fixed Income, Currency (FIC), Equities and Capital Markets.
