Description

Job Responsibilities: Deliver first-level user support and resolve technical issues.

Administer daily PC operations and desktop services.

Conduct routine system checks and operational tasks.

Handle administrative tasks, including hardware inventory management and preparation of reports and system documentation.

Communicate and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service support.

About You: Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related field.

At least 3-4 years of experience in Service Desk and IT support.

Experience in financial institutions or large companies is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware, and common desktop applications.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
