Our client is a sizable listed company in Hong Kong with significant investment in China. They are seeking a calibre candidate to support their expanding business in China. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a small team to deliver the monthly management reporting, annual budget / forecast and long-term financial projection of the Group. Handle financial issues related to the Group companies and review company level accounts. Formulate Group finance policies and procedures to promote standardization of the Group. Support interim / annual audits and results announcements of the Group. Perform ad hoc assignments as required. Requirements: Degree in Business, Finance / Accounting, Economics or related discipline. Member of the HKICPA or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of relevant post qualification experience in listed / sizable organizations. Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred. Exposure to China market is preferred. Familiar with China accounting regulation is preferred. High mobility is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
