In this role, you will: Lead a HR specialist and work closely with SSC to ensure smooth HR operations including employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance in Hong Kong. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources; track record in retail frontline talent acquisition is essential. Knowledge of local labor ordinances. Motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Those with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager. Handle overall compensation and benefit administration for Hong Kong based staff. Be the HR focal point for advisory and enquiries. Keep timely updates on compulsory regulations, rules and market trends on best practices. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various levels, from job advertisement, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, to onboarding and administrative tasks with a dedicated focus and plan for diversity hiring. Manage recruitment platforms and streamline internal recruitment processes, manage all open positions on internal and external platforms, create a talent pipeline for future openings, and manage retail management trainee and internship programmes with various institutions. Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts. Campus Engagement and Talent Development. Job Duties Manage campus engagement and employer branding to attract top talent for the organization, from global competitions to branding assets and recruitment talks. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for MT/Interns hiring decisions. Facilitate the development and implementation of comprehensive young talent development programs that support the integration and development of early career professionals in the organization. Report to Global Head of HR Operations and Regional Head of HR. Accountable for HR Operations, Payroll/Benefit Administration, On/Off Boarding, Training/Orientation coordination. Prepare value-added HR reports/HRIS to cater for regional staff & business planning & annual compensation review.
