Current Opportunity: We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our team with the details as follows: The Job: Reporting: Report to the Accounting Manager. Daily Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, including banking and treasury activities. Accuracy of Records: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records, including the verification and review of vouchers, while maintaining organized and up-to-date records. Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing processes, including obtaining online approvals and preparing supporting documentation. Daily Financial Operations: Manage daily financial tasks such as payments, expenses, and contract reviews. Team Collaboration: Work in an Accounting team of 8 members. Education: Tertiary education in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Experience: 3+ years accounting experience. Experience in a listed company or sizeable audit firm is an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Language Skills: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Chinese.
