This role will also assist the MFA Greater China Region Lead to team and collaborate with senior stakeholders including region leadership, markets operations, finance leadership and business development as well as the MFA network across Asia-Pacific and globally. This role is offered on a contact term until May 2023, based in Hong Kong office. Your key responsibilities Mercury related- Active and leading role in Markets Finance workstream within Mercury Local Deployment team: Understand Mercury usage model and asses the impacts to CS teams to prepare them for Mercury Act as change advocates for CS on Markets Finance areas Take part in Mercury workshops and provide input as needed (e.g. technology enablement requirements and testing). Lead training audience analysis and the alignment to global learning maps and collaborates define detailed training deployment schedule. Develop local learning networks to ensure effective execution of finance training strategy and training delivery to Finance end user groups; Oversee planning of local training logistics and communications and monitors progress of training initiative Post Launch: Take part in Hypercare calls to share and provide business insight to issues, and come up with resolutions Be an advocate for the best ways to use our new Mercury tools Be ready and open to flex while we understand where the business needs our support most Markets Finance support Assist the MFA RL to manage the Global Integrated Planning processes for the region, working with markets leaders to establish and embed appropriate stretch targets. Including aligning partner accountabilities with markets metrics. Work closely with stakeholders from markets, service lines and business development to align on expectations. Provide insights to performance by analyzing data throughout the year on revenue, sales & pipeline, margin, trends, and annualized impacts, to support forward looking commercial insights and recommendations on how to achieve optimal financial performance. Work with markets leadership / operations to align reporting and strategies to respond including maximizing usage of global reporting tools. To qualify for the role you must have Certified Accountant/Student Member in recognized accounting institution (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CIMA, IPA etc)Proactive, organized and self-sufficient working style with ability to prioritise and multitask. Positive attitude coupled with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to understand, analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI etc). Excellent communication skills – written and verbal in, English, Chinese and Cantonese. Ideally, you’ll also have 2 years of relevant experience in Management Accounting, Planning, Budgeting and Financial Analysis, with knowledge of a professional services environment preferred Graduated in a business-related subject matter (i.e. Accounting, Finance)Sound experience in project management involving change in ERP. Customer focused and responsive with good commercial acumen / judgement.
