You will work in partnership with our people to further develop and embed CSR into our business. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of charitable programs funded by KPMG, from identifying suitable funding opportunities, co-developing initiatives with charitable organisations, to engaging our key stakeholders, and monitoring program progress and impact. Plan and organise CSR activities and events including but not limited to staff volunteering, awareness building, fundraising etc in line with our key focus Prepare promotional collaterals and communicate through both internal and external channels such as the firm’s website, the CSR intranet portal, CSR newsletter and social media platforms Collect community investment data to support internal and external reporting needs. Occasional weekend event support and trips within China to assist with national volunteer activities, particularly in the GBA region Handle administrative duties as needed Experience & Background Bachelor degree holder in Social Science, Communication, Business, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business related discipline; Strong passion in making positive social impact At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in corporate social responsibility or nonprofit sector with strong business acumen to drive CSR/ sustainability in commercial setting Detail-oriented project manager with solid experience in stakeholder management Self-motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
