Program Overview The Diversity Immersion Program (DIP) is a unique placement opportunity in Hong Kong. Collaborate with peers to develop technical and soft skills that enhance employability. Complete tasks reflecting the roles and responsibilities typical of the company and industry. Work with fellow interns to develop and present a project to Manulife representatives. Network with industry professionals and learn from their diverse backgrounds. Required Qualifications University students in their first or second year at the undergraduate level who identify as diverse. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for responsibilities. Innovative, self-driven, and motivated. Basic understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
