Job Details: Location: Quarry Bay Working hours: Mon to Fri, 0900 - 1800 Duration: 1-year contract, renewable Job Descriptions: Input data into the cashier system for policy receipts and follow up on AML documents when required Assist with daily functions such as payment and receipt inquiries from bank and internal stakeholders Verify policy receipt information and bank collections Organize cashier system reports and cheque scanning Assist in the preparation of collection reports Perform ad-hoc tasks delegated by the supervisor as needed Requirements: Diploma in accounting, finance, or equivalent1-2 years of accounting, administrative, or clerical experience preferred Detail-oriented and willing to work overtime during peak seasons Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel (e.g., Pivot tables)Immediate availability preferred Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Contract Job function Accounting/Auditing and Administrative Industries Accounting and Insurance
