Identifying risks and recommending improvements. Ensuring compliance with regulations, including SOX 404. Supervising junior auditors and reviewing their work. Communicating findings to management and preparing audit reports. Prepare audit schedules, financial statements and tax computation; Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor and Partner Degree in Accounting or Finance.5+ years experience in auditing, with SOX 404 expertise.
