The team is responsible for managing operations related to listed issuers' corporate actions and for supporting cross-team projects to ensure the smooth rollout of new business initiatives. Job Duties: Responsibilities: Provide daily operation support in Nominee and Issuer Service Operation Provide operational support such as strategic reporting and database management Support project execution in compiling user requirements, planning and executing user acceptance test, and managing rollout Assist supervisor in project management at different stage of project life cycle Undertake other special or ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor Requirements: University degree preferably in Finance/ Business Administration or related disciplines With 1-2 years of working experience in financial industry. Fresh graduate will also be considered Meticulous, proactive, well-organized and attentive to details Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
