About The Role We're looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and proven experience in corporate communications, employer branding, crisis management, and media relations within dynamic and fast-paced environments like Fintech. Job Duties Corporate Communications Strategise and align communications efforts with broader business objectives, ensuring that the needs of our target audiences (merchants, press, partners) are effectively addressed through tailored communications Oversee the management of media inquiries and build proactive relationships with journalists and key industry influencers to boost visibility and credibility in our target markets Initiate and gatekeep bilingual communications to develop compelling narratives and communication materials for public engagements, speeches, white papers, presentations and media appearances, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy across the regions Oversee the planning and execution of CSR & ESG projects in alignment with our corporate values to enhance our brand's reputation within the communities Thought Leadership Create, curate, and deploy thought leadership content that positions KPay Group as an innovator and trusted expert in the Fintech sector. Conduct environmental scans and industry research to identify emerging trends and insights that inform thought leadership initiatives. Media Liaison Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, briefing notes, and other communication materials to support media engagement and storytelling. Coordinate media interviews and press conferences to maximize media coverage and brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all external communications. Crisis Management Maintain and execute a comprehensive crisis communications plan, including detailed response procedures for potential and unforeseen crises relevant to the Fintech industry. Coordinate with designated spokespeople to manage media inquiries and public statements during crisis situations. Communicate transparently and empathetically with stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, and the public, during crises to maintain trust and credibility.
