The candidate will join Credit Agricole CIB's Global Markets Division, which offers a broad range of Fixed Income, Equity, and Securitization products and services for corporates and financial institutions locally and globally. Global Markets Trading manages all cash and derivatives product risks, consisting of Macro and Non-Linear Trading desks. Global Markets Sales combines Fixed Income and Equity expertise to serve clients, comprising Flow Sales, Solution Sales, and Corporate Sales teams. This opening is for candidates who will complete their degree requirements by July 2025 and are ready to start working in August 2025. The trainee contract is initially one year and renewable for up to two years in total. Key Responsibilities The trainee will join one of the functions above based on their skillset and the teams' needs. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting daily desk operations: profit & loss calculations; risk position monitoring; risk limit checks; ticket inputs and reconciliation; client servicing; deal pricing and execution; term sheet drafting; liaising with other teams across the bank to ensure smooth business operations. Developing skills required to become a trader, salesperson, research analyst, or structurer. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree holders with a strong academic background in Accounting, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Engineering, with less than 12 months of full-time experience. Internship experience in capital markets products is advantageous. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide solutions. Genuine interest in financial markets. Strong presentation and marketing skills. Self-motivated, hardworking, with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, VBA, and other PC applications.
