About the Scheme The Graduate Trainee Programme ("Sons of the Sea" Scheme) is a strategic talent development scheme initiated by China Overseas Land & Investment, designed to recruit fresh graduates for property development and business management positions.
You will be trained in a systematic manner to become elites with comprehensive management skills.
The three-year scheme provides trainees with the opportunity to gain all-around exposure by rotating between different projects in China (including GBA cities).
