Key Responsibilities: HR Duties (HR Responsibilities) : Manage end-to-end recruitment, including analyzing hiring needs, posting job advertisements, and arranging interviews.
Oversee the employee lifecycle, handling onboarding, offboarding procedures, and contract preparation.
Serve as a key HR point of contact, providing HR advisory support to mainland Chinese management.Assist in the implementation of group-wide compensation and benefits reform and optimization projects, conducting market research and analysis.Handle employment contract compilation, official stamp/seal registration, and systematic management of HR-related documentation.
Administrative Duties (Administrative Responsibilities) :Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing company announcements, documents, and managing meeting minutes.Responsible for price comparison and procurement support for office renewal projects, and process sales orders in the financial system.Coordinate goods import procedures and documentation, liaising with relevant departments on logistics and customs clearance matters.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR & Administration experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.(Experience in a medium to large-sized corporation is highly preferred.)Proven track record in managing the full spectrum of HR functions and office administration in beverage(Tea/Water/Juice/Alcoholic beverage etc), food, or FMCG companies is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in handling import/export documentation, customs procedures, and familiarity with financial system order processing will be a strong advantage.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in contract management and documentation control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and mainland Chinese management.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
