HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?Lead the periodic review and update of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks for Worldwide Offices (WWO) to ensure market alignment, organizational needs, and compliance with local employment legislation. Keep abreast of market trends and changes in employment legislation in overseas markets and incorporate updates into policies as appropriate. Formulate, refine, and implement HR policies, guidelines, and practices to ensure consistency in HR processes and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee C&B including the payroll operations for WWO to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and internal policies, while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. Monitor vendor performance, service commitments, and payment timelines to safeguard effectiveness and service quality. Coordinate with local Finance and Admin. teams to ensure smooth payroll operations across multiple markets. Track compensation, taxation implications, benefits, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy. Manage internal compliance reviews, and drive continuous improvements to ensure integrity, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR policies and compliance-related matters. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, preferably with global or regional exposure. Solid experience in HR policy review and HR operations, including compensation & benefits and payroll. Strong knowledge of international labor laws, tax regulations, and HR compliance. Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
