Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Lead initiatives to enhance campus performance and student satisfaction.
Oversee the daily operations of multiple campuses, ensuring efficient process implementation and adherence to regulations.
Recruit, train, and mentor campus leadership teams, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Build and maintain relationships with educational partners, government bodies, and industry representatives to enhance collaboration and opportunities.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation for the region, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth.
Develop marketing strategies to promote campuses in the region and enhance student recruitment efforts.
Analyze campus performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement based on data insights.
Ensure all campuses comply with local and regional regulations while maintaining academic integrity and quality standards.
At least 10 years campus recruitment experience from a leading financial services firm
