Growth Marketing / Acquisition Manager | Web3, Game Fi, Social Fi (Twitter, Discord)

The organization is looking for a growth‑driven marketer to join the organization’s dynamic Web3 team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to acquire new users, boost engagement, and drive the expansion of its Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, partnerships, community, etc.)
Identify and cultivate strategic business partnerships and collaboration opportunities to enhance our market position
Manage relationships with influential industry figures, projects, and communities to foster growth and engagement
Oversee the operation and optimization of our social media channels, including Twitter and Discord, to drive community engagement and interactions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing
At least 6 months of direct experience working in the Web3 space
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through creative strategies
Strong understanding of the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance landscape
Fluency in English and Chinese, with proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Spanish) considered a plus
