Track and assess new De Fi projects, infrastructure developments, and blockchain ecosystems, including but not limited to Ethereum, Solana, Sui, Berachain, and Sonic. Monitor regulatory changes and macroeconomic trends that may impact crypto investment strategies. Alpha Generation & Performance Analysis Develop investment strategies that optimize risk-adjusted returns in De Fi markets. Analyze on-chain and off-chain data to identify profitable arbitrage and trading opportunities. Monitor the performance of staking pools, farming strategies, and leveraged positions, optimizing strategies based on ROI projections and risk assessment. Work closely with portfolio managers to design, test, and implement innovative trading and yield-generating strategies. Optimize capital allocation to maximize returns while managing exposure to market volatility and liquidity risks. Identify and execute real-time arbitrage opportunities across different platforms and ecosystems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Passionate and highly knowledgeable about crypto, De Fi, and trading strategies, with strong curiosity and a willingness to learn. Experienced De Fi user with hands-on exposure to yield farming, staking, arbitrage, and trading strategies. Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into actionable investment strategies. Strong understanding of on-chain analytics, De Fi protocol mechanics, and market structure. Proficiency in data analysis tools, Python, SQL, or other quantitative research methods is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely to the team. Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-changing crypto environment.
