About the Role This is a junior position which is responsible for comprehensive accounting duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense review, financial reporting, and cash flow management. It presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled accounting professional to gain well-rounded experience in a fast-growing SFC-licensed fintech company. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all financial transactions and month-end closing ledger are completed accurately and punctually; Efficiently manage company cash flows to maintain healthy bank balances, including accurate bank reconciliations, timely invoicing, cash flow forecasting, and short-term cash deposit management; Prepare precise and timely management reports for the CEO; Support annual budget preparation while maintaining ongoing budget oversight and compliance; Coordinate and liaise with Group Finance and affiliated companies regarding all finance- and audit-related matters; Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects, financial analyses and other duties assigned by direct manager and/or CEO. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with up to 3 years' experience in an audit/accounting firm or financial management role within a reputable organization; Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point; Demonstrated ability for quickly mastering new systems; Exceptional organizational, time management, and priority-setting abilities; Self-motivated professional with a positive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills; Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
