Manage key customers on a day-to-day basis to resolve any business-related issues that may arise. Responsible for delivering and developing the company's sales and profit targets. Identify business opportunities in major retail chains and work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain) to realize those opportunities on a project basis. Coordinate the materials necessary for future business plans and assess the risks foreseen. Conduct business planning and analysis of category trends, competitors, and customer profiles. Requirements A degree holder, preferably in business or marketing. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG Key Account management. Strong project management experience and solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Able to work in a team-oriented but stressful environment with a strong problem-solving mindset.
