SAP Manager (FICO, Integration) ~ Leading MNC, 80 K (59069) Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong Salary: Discretionary Bonus Overview Our client is a leading MNC company and they are now looking for a SAP Manager (FICO) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the SAP FICO system and working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and functionality. As a System Owner, you will act as a business partner to the finance team and play a critical role in the end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Responsibilities Oversee the SAP FICO system and ensure its smooth functioning and integration with other systems in global regions. Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a liaison between the finance team and IT. Collaborate with vendors to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services. Lead finance projects and work closely with the internal IT team to provide expertise in system configuration and reporting. Act as a business partner to the finance team, providing insight and support on system capabilities and functionality. Utilize your end-to-end SAP implementation experience to drive successful project outcomes. Conduct regular reviews on system operation and establish proper guidelines and procedures to enhance overall work efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of experience in finance system implementation and project management with a deep understanding of the whole finance process and operation, preferably working at sizeable companies. Extensive experience in SAP FICO modules and technically strong in upholding end-to-end SAP implementation and configuration. Proven stakeholder management and vendor management skills. Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner, working effectively with all levels. Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to leverage SAP FICO for insightful reporting. MUST be strong in both verbal and written English; fluency in Chinese is preferred.
