As the Financial Analyst, you will support the finance team in providing financial insights and analysis to aid in achieving our business goals. The Role Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts. Analyzing financial performance metrics and identifying trends. Supporting the team in providing actionable insights for business performance. Collaborating with various departments to collect data for effective financial planning. Preparing financial reports and dashboards for management review. Performing additional ad hoc duties as needed. The Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A or similar roles. Retail industry experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of financial modeling and forecasting. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
