Role Overview Drive High Net Worth (HNW) business to meet targets through Agency & Brokerage Channels. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for HNW business, promoting HNW Ecosystem services and supporting production goals. Engage financial planners proactively on HNW products and Value-Added-Services (VAS), including legacy planning and Premium Financing, via district visits, training, and relationship building. Build a competitive ecosystem with bank partners, negotiating loan terms and integrating AIA products into their offerings. Implement campaigns and activities to boost sales and active financial planners, such as seminars and district trainings. Collaborate with the L&WM Strategy team and external partners to offer comprehensive wealth planning services. Foster strong relationships with channel partners to support sales initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal and market regulations. Minimum Requirements University/college graduate with 6-8 years relevant experience. Proven sales track record in insurance products, including unit-linked and universal life plans. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin with strong communication skills. Possess professional insurance qualifications and licenses. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Must obtain relevant licenses if involved in regulated activities. Additional Information Preferred to hold Insurance Authority licenses (Paper 1, 3, and 5) or equivalent. Candidates with more experience may be considered for roles as Consultant/Specialist.
