Manager, Agency Development (Case Management) – Prudential Hong Kong

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams to drive sales with various kinds of sales enablement tools
Provide training and regular case sharing to frontlines to uplift productivity
Consistently and effectively update case information to all key stakeholders including regular MI development and monitoring
Assist clients to complete the insurance policy application and follow up with clients on outstanding underwriting requirements, both medical-related and financial-related questions
Coordinate and provide follow-up actions directly to insurance sales on NB pending cases in a timely and effective manner
Communicate daily with insurance sales and PRU internal stakeholders to expedite the underwriting process
Job Requirements
Obtain 5 – 8 years of case management experience
Must have a complete understanding of how to process new business applications for Life insurance
Good knowledge of insurance sales and business development opportunities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
Strong in customer service and highly detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and coordinate time for ad hoc requests
Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
Demonstrated with good professional presentation skills
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Lesser experience will be considered for Assistant Manager
