Deliver the best insurance solution and provide excellent after sales services to clients Manage necessary renewal procedures and documentation with well time management Maintain a high business renewal retention Comply and fulfil the internal and external control standards and regulations Assist on UAT for B2B & B2C and other digital project Requirements: Degree Holder with at least 4 years' experience in general insurance including employee benefits insurance Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer Acquired relevant insurance licenses (IIQE Paper I & II) Strong sales and customer orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant and outgoing character with ability to work under pressure High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with data driven mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
