Manager, Corporate Finance & Services, Payments and Cash Management Department (Ref: PCM_CPS_KF-ICBCA)Responsibilities: Responsible for the evaluation of product proposals put up by relevant product/business departments to ensure they can fulfill our Bank's business needs, competitiveness, and are in line with both internal and external policies and regulatory requirements. Work closely with various departments and business centers on decision making of marketing plans for bilateral corporate financing/cash management business. Responsible for organizing risk assessment work groups on a need basis in the course of product risk assessment to speed up the new product approval process, ensuring full compliance with the product development procedure before product launch. Responsible for review and follow-up of customer experience of new and existing products. Requirements: University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Minimum of 5 years' product management and project development experience in the banking industry, with good knowledge of bank’s product discipline. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager.
