Manager– Debt Capital Market (Credit Rating) (Ref: GCF-M-DCM-ML-ICBCA)Responsibilities: Drive the whole international rating process, coordinating with external Rating Agencies. Familiar with financial modeling, credit analysis, and rating presentation preparation. Manage the quality of documentation in both English and Chinese. Liaise with the deal origination team, relationship managers, legal and compliance, etc. Requirements: University graduate in Business/ Finance/ Law, preferably with MBA/ CFA. Fluent in written and spoken English, Putonghua, and Cantonese. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed income, especially in credit evaluation of clients. Strong analytical orientation, knowledge of credit, risk, and structural issues. Strong interest in financial services markets and trends. Candidates with previous working experience at international rating agencies (S&P, Moody's, or Fitch) are strongly preferred.
