About Our Client Our client is global insurance company based in Hong Kong and they provide life and medical insurance, general insurance, employee benefits in Asia.

They are looking for General Insurance Administrator to handle general insurance policy administration services and other operational tasks.

They have approximately 10 million customers across 10 countries.

Job Description Finance Transformation: Working closely with Group Finance Transformation and our General Insurance team on the system integration of a new policy administration and finance system.

Leading the data migration process for the finance function by understanding and challenging the data mapping for completeness and accuracy and setting up a migration and reconciliation process for UATs and go live cut over process.

Providing strong business partnering and drive effective communication among key stakeholders before, during and after each reporting milestone.

Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, best practices; identifying and implementing areas of improvements.

Providing insightful information and expectations to management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making Planning and leading the user acceptance testing to ensure all UATs are completed thoroughly and timely.

Project Management Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the project by chartering scope, objectives, planning, status, key issues, and interdependencies.

Being responsible for everything pertaining to user acceptance testing (UAT) including design, implementation and sign-off.

Employing standard approaches to solve issues and enforce project discipline.

Resolving conflicts in any aspect of project work and process changes.

Providing feedback to improve project management process.

The Successful Applicant 8 + years overall experience with 3-5 years' experience in general insurance and project implementation.

Strong understand of IFRS17 and RBC a strong advantage.

Strong analytical, quantitative, execution, project management and leadership skills coupled with good financial acumen.

Excellent senior stakeholder management and business partnering.

Ability to develop creative solutions to problems and work with the larger team.
