Job Description Develop and source retail investment products such as Unit Trusts or structured products to support business growth. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective implementation and management of retail investment products. Ensure product due diligence, onboarding, workflow, and operations comply with legal and regulatory standards. Design and execute marketing programs and product development initiatives to promote retail investment products. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration with at least 5 years of banking experience, preferably in retail investment product development. Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4). Strong knowledge of retail investment products. Experience in investment system development is highly preferred. Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with good communication skills. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Manager, Investment Product position.
