Manager, Products Innovation, Payments and Cash Management Department (Ref: PCM_PIS_KF-ICBCA)Responsibilities: Responsible for product developments, enhancements as well as promotions on cash management products and services for our targeted clients. Organize and perform risk assessments on the new products. Preparation of product materials and implementation for cash management products / transaction banking products. Coordinate with internal/external parties in the development of joint programs and new business alliances. Handle system input and perform UAT. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements: University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience, especially in product development of cash management business. Strong product knowledge in cash management business. Good communication, interpersonal and business acumen. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
