Company Overview China Three Gorges International plays a crucial role in implementing the "Go Global" strategy of the China Three Gorges Group and establishing itself as an internationally leading clean energy corporation.

Through greenfield investments and equity acquisitions, the company extensively participates in overseas clean energy collaborations and has achieved significant results in supporting and practicing the "Belt and Road" initiative.

As the main investment and operation platform of China Three Gorges International in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, the Hong Kong platform of Asia-Africa Green Energy Investment Limited (AAGE) undertakes essential functions such as fundraising, fund operations, risk management, and financial planning.

To fully utilize Hong Kong's role as a critical management platform and its status as a financial center, AAGE plans to recruit a Manager/ Senior Manager, Fund Management and Capital Markets in Hong Kong.  Responsibilities: 1.

Fund Management Develop the company's capital strategy, coordinate regional capital team activities, and manage cash flow effectively.

Supervise the opening, modification, and closure of overseas accounts and oversee overseas account and fund information.

2. Fundraising Management Analyze domestic and international capital markets, financing options, and financial instruments; monitor market trends; devise and implement overseas financing strategies and plans to enhance capital operation efficiency.

Broaden financing avenues, liaise with domestic and international financial institutions, and secure necessary funds for business growth through various financing methods.

Oversee the company's credit framework, conduct credit assessments internally and externally, develop and refine the company's sustainability framework with second-party verification, analyze market demand, manage bond issuances within the market jurisdiction, and oversee fund utilization and project progression.

Manage post-loan activities for current company projects.

Lead or assist in special initiatives such as the company's IPO, stock buybacks, and asset turnover.

3. Exchange Rate and Interest Rate Control Closely monitor exchange and interest rate trends for major currencies, manage related risks, produce specialized analysis reports, and develop risk management strategies.

Offer strategic advice to enhance the group's treasury operations and offshore cash management, and optimize fund transfers between onshore and offshore group entities.

  4. Insurance, Guarantees, and Market Development Management Manage existing and new guarantees for projects, work with the technical team to fulfill requirements for opening, renewing, modifying, executing, and releasing guarantees.

Manage existing and new insurance for projects, including but not limited to commercial insurance, policy insurance, acquisition insurance, and directors' and officers' liability insurance at various stages of project construction.

Lead or assist in financial due diligence, financing, and insurance arrangements for mergers, acquisitions, and greenfield projects.

Cooperate with post-investment management and evaluation of company projects.

Job Qualifications At least 7 - 10 years of experience in financial fund management at large multinational companies, familiar with capital markets, financing, insurance, guarantees, and exchange rates.

Experience working in banks, large multinational corporations, brokerage firms, or other financial institutions, with experience in international capital market bond issuance and underwriting.

Strong financial accounting and project management knowledge, familiar with market-related business, legal regulations, and policies.

Master’s degree or higher from a well-known domestic or international institution in economics, finance, accounting, management, law, mathematics, or related fields.

Mature experience in exchange rate research and strong skills in hedge accounting and financial processing.

Familiarity with major world currencies and economic conditions, able to proficiently use macroeconomic analysis methods and quantitative statistical analysis tools for research.

Ability to understand and adapt to central enterprise work, strong skills in drafting Chinese official documents, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Some tax planning abilities.

Preference for candidates with CPA, CFA, FRM, or similar qualifications.
