Identify customers’ needs and provide the best logistic solutions to the customers. Develop long-term growth strategy and achieve financial targets assigned by the management. Handle customers’ enquiries and achieve professional standards. Follow up on key customers' sales leads. Develop mutually beneficial commercial engagement with clients and manage contracts. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines. At least 4 years’ experience in the logistics industry, preferably in key account management. Demonstrate sound project management skills with strong business acumen. Customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, driven, and presentable. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
