Main Responsibilities
Card Usage & Activation Campaigns: Design and implement innovative, data-driven marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with partners to enhance card usage, drive account activation, and improve customer retention.
Compliance Management: Develop and implement compliance strategies for the credit card business, ensuring all activities meet regulatory requirements. Regularly review and update compliance policies to address regulatory changes and business needs.
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with diverse merchants (retail, e-commerce, travel, etc.) to provide exclusive credit card benefits and rewards.
Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including proposal preparation, internal liaising, offer fulfillment, marketing communications, customer inquiries, and post-campaign evaluations.
Market Trend Monitoring: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and support procurement, payment, and expense management.
Compliance: Ensure all programs/projects adhere to banking practices, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product features, pricing, marketing strategies, and customer journey touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Project, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to develop the existing reward platform and resolve compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Credit Card Business and/or partnership management, preferably in banking or financial services.
In-depth knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements related to the credit card business.
Self-starter with a flexible mindset, comfortable operating under a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and financial analytical skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently.
Strong execution skills in marketing, from research to promotion, with good project management abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
