Pw C Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business area Work closely with clients to transform and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations including: Front-to-back office process re-design including automation; Assess operating models for opportunities for partnerships, shared services and strategic sourcing Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance Share relevant thought leadership Influence stakeholders through establishing a quality and trusted relationship, and open communication. Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach to help deliver results Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct Preferred skills Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or related disciplines. Minimum of 6 years of experience in global insurance or banking firms or consultancy firms with a focus on the following areas Operational transformation (target operating model design, process redesign, shared services)Project Management Proven experience in end to end implementation project experience that involves process and system changes Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services industry trends, regulatory landscape and emerging technologies Detail-oriented with strong organizing skills, and strong sense of ownership Strong analytical skills with the ability articulate the issues and solutions effectively through written and verbal communication Good team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
