Margin Loan Product Manager/Senior Manager We are seeking an experienced Margin Loan Product Manager/Senior Manager to design, develop, and promote margin loan products on our digital banking platform in Hong Kong. This role will lead the end-to-end product life-cycle management, including market research, product design, risk management, compliance review, and customer experience optimization, ensuring the product stands out in a competitive market and meets customer needs. Key Responsibilities Product Development and Optimization Lead the design, development, and optimization of margin loan products to ensure they meet market demands and customer expectations. Analyze competitor products and market trends to formulate differentiation strategies. Collaborate with technology and data teams to drive product digitization and automation processes. Risk Management and Compliance Develop and implement a risk management framework for margin loan products, including collateral management, loan limit control, and risk pricing. Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and other regulatory requirements. Regularly review product risk profiles and propose improvement measures. Market Promotion and Customer Experience Develop product promotion strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and market share. Optimize the customer application process to improve user experience and ensure efficient, seamless digital services. Collect customer feedback and continuously refine product features and services. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with risk, compliance, technology, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth product launch and operation. Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training and support, ensuring the team fully understands product features and advantages. Data Analysis and Reporting Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., loan volume, customer growth, default rates), and report regularly to management. Provide data-driven insights to propose improvements. Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking, digital banking, or fintech, with prior experience in margin loan or credit product management preferred. Professional Knowledge and Skills Familiarity with Hong Kong’s financial market and regulatory environment, with a solid understanding of margin loan product mechanics and risk management requirements. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to drive decision-making through data. Experience with digital banking platforms and tools, with prior experience in digital product development being a plus.
