Lead a team of 20 Develop and execute the overall strategic direction for the Asset Management division Define investment strategies, asset allocation models, and risk management frameworks to optimize portfolio performance and achieve long-term growth objectives.

Oversee the management of investment portfolios Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities and adjust portfolio strategies accordingly.

  Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and other key stakeholders Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the asset management division's client base and AUM Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to raise the division's profile and attract new clients Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.

Implement robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate investment risks Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and risk mitigation.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the division's performance and track progress against targets Generate regular performance reports and present findings to senior management and clients.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is strongly preferred.

Proven track record (at least 10 years) of successful leadership and management experience in asset management, investment management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of investment strategies, portfolio management, and risk management principles.

Deep understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory landscape impacting the asset management industry.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex investment concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or similar designations are highly desirable
