As our client continues to expand in the Asia-Pacific region, they are seeking a results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales to lead and grow their sales initiatives in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the FX/CFD sector. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients, affiliates, and partners. Identify emerging market opportunities, assess client needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with the company's broader objectives. Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management. Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the FX/CFD or financial services industry. Extensive knowledge of FX/CFD products, trading platforms, and market trends. Strong network of industry contacts, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics. Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly desirable.
