About the Company: My client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a Middle Office /Trade Support Specialist to join the dynamic Cash Equities Middle Office team.
About the Role: Provide end-to-end operational activities to support equity trading, performing trade booking, reconciliations, client services, P&L oversight, liquidity control, and mismatch resolution.
Conduct thorough trade validations against broker reports, proactively addressing any anomalies.
Ensure meticulous trade documentation and swift delivery of confirmations to clients across multiple trading streams.
Compile critical KYC documentation to facilitate seamless onboarding of new client portfolios.
Identify and resolve disparities between front-office and back-office platforms, collaborating with trading desks, clients, and settlement teams to achieve resolution.
Support user acceptance testing and contribute to requirement definition for new market ventures and system enhancements.
Availability for morning and midday shifts, with scheduling flexibility to meet business demands.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in cash equities operations for APAC markets.
Robust knowledge of cash equities and their operational intricacies.
Self-starter with a proven ability to operate independently and within cross-functional teams.
Resilient under pressure with a track record of meeting stringent deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong interpersonal prowess.
