About the Team The Asia equity trading management team manages Asia equity trading desks across Asian countries, generates innovative ideas, manages trading risks, opportunities, and performance, and prioritizes revenue-generating projects. About the Role The role will cover communication between the regional head/deputy head and trading desks across different Asian countries/teams about trading strategies, desk performance, real-time trading risk management, and limits/capacity allocation. The candidate will be involved with projects managed by the Asia trading strategy team with two main areas: revenue generation with potential trading opportunities and risk mitigation/innovation. The candidate will also work closely with Traders & Strats, involved in trading alpha research/modeling, from model inception to development and ongoing trading performance. Qualifications Requirements4+ years of related working experience in the financial services industry. Strong communication skills, able to build relationships and trust among stakeholders. Knowledge of project management, portfolio optimization, and systematic strategy construction is an advantage. Preferred Skills Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese language is preferred, but not a must. Familiarity with coding, Python/Java will be an advantage. Understanding of trading flow, risk trading, and experience in managing trading-related projects would be preferred.
