Mpf Service Officer

What you'll be doing Handle MPF-related inquiries and requests from customers Process MPF enrolment, contribution and withdrawal applications Provide guidance and support to customers on MPF-related matters Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records Assist with the preparation of MPF-related reports and documents Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an MPF or insurance-related role Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service Knowledge of MPF regulations and procedures would be an advantage What we offer At AXA China Region Insurance Company Limited', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
