Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end technical projects, including market data service installations, client onboarding, and electronic trading and/or low-latency connectivity setups.

Manage cross-functional enterprise projects and initiatives in compliance with defined project management standards with the goal of delivering the project objectives.

Coordinate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing clear updates to stakeholders.

Lead weekend installations to minimize market disruption.

Maintain documentation for requirements, scope changes, and project outcomes.

Troubleshoot issues related to real-time market data feeds (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Reuters) and electronic trading systems.

Requirements: 7 years of technical project management experience in financial services/ banking sector Domain knowledge in infrastracture, voice and Data Network Technologies, Datacenter buildout related experience Knowledge in low-latency systems or electronic trading is preferred Strong knowledge of exchanges (NYSE, Nasdaq), networking topology, and B2 B data providers.

Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Service Now, and workflow management tools.
