Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Responsible for the intelligent transformation of Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center services, and empowering business through financial technology. Responsible for the demand management of the Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center service system, identifying business pain points and converting them into business needs. Responsible for the project establishment, promotion, and implementation of the Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center system. Responsible for training, management, and support related to Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center system functions. Responsible for agile project management and optimization of the Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center system to improve customer experience and staff efficiency, and reduce costs. Responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements Degree Holder or above. Experience in Direct Banking Center / Customer Service Center is preferable. Sound knowledge of product management and ability to input demand prototypes and specifications. Strong project management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills with a sense of teamwork. Able to work under pressure and willing to learn. Working location shall be subject to the operational needs of our Client.
