A foreign bank is looking for a highly skilled Operational Risk Assistant Manager/ Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks to ensure the stability and efficiency of the bank's operations. This role requires extensive experience in the banking or financial services industry. Your new role Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess operational risks across various departments. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational risks. Monitor and analyse risk exposures and operational processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to senior management. Implement risk-mitigation measures to enhance operational efficiency. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in operational risk management within the banking or financial services industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in risk assessment tools and operational risk management practices.
