What You Will Do Develop and implement a comprehensive paid search strategy aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement. Manage and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing. Utilize data analytics and performance insights to enhance bids, ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rates. Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative, to align paid search efforts with broader marketing goals. Oversee budget management, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics. Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Requirements Over 8 years of experience in paid search marketing, particularly in high-growth sectors like fintech, crypto, or e-gaming. Proven success in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and delivering quantifiable results. Extensive expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid search automation tools. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar data platforms. Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
