About The Role Provide management information, analysis and insights to formulate business plan and partnership strategy Roles And Responsibilities Provide and manage management and performance reporting with analysis and recommendations to various management groups and stakeholders Support sales teams with market insights and competitive analysis Support to design, build, maintain, and control/manage the Partnership Distribution database and reporting tool Analyze all informational requirements, develop database specifications, and enforce all database standards Coordinate budget planning/ forecasting process/sales target setting Ensure compliance with local budget and expense guideline, establish and maintain appropriate internal controls Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by direct manager and department heads in order to meet business needs Minimum Job Requirements University degree with 3-5 years working experience in financial analysis, management reporting Experiences in insurance/ financial services preferred Curious and courageous to share insights and propose new ideas in business solution Strong analytic capability and time management skills Positive mindset, self-motivated Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Be a team player Strong in MS Excel and Power Point tools for developing financial models, data analysis and management presentation Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Others You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
