Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Payroll and Billing Assistant for a 6-month contract to join our Payroll and Billing Team.
Job Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Billing Processing: Preparation of invoices and verification of supporting documents; Oversee billing procedures, including invoicing and reconciliation; sending invoice to client.
Handle customers' enquiry.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies related to payroll and billing.
Data Management: Maintain and update payroll and billing records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll and billing discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in payroll and billing processes, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements: High diploma or above with at least 2 years' payroll / outsourcing / shared services, or billing experience Experience working with sizable MNC is preferable Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR practice Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Attentive to details and prioritize multiple tasks under tight timelines Immediate availability preferred To apply for this position, please simply click on the "APPLY" button.
